Transaction

An Transaction is a type of Deal that represents a confirmed business relationship with a ContactAssignment. If a Contact has signed a listing agreement, buyer's agency agreement, or similar agreement and is now a customer or client, the ContactAssignment should have an active Transaction.

Transactions are created by "converting" an Opportunity once the prospect becomes a client.

While both Opportunities and Transactions implement the Deal interface, a user may only create Opportunities. Transactions must be converted from an existing Opportunity.
