Flag

A Flag helps users segment and filter their contacts. Flags are a special type of Tag. Flags may not be created or deleted by users, and are managed by the tenant.

Flags vs Tags Similarities

• Flags and Tags may be added to a ContactAssignment by an Assignee.

• A user may search ContactAssignments by Flags and/or Tags.

Flags vs Tags Differences

• Tags are personal to an Assignee. Flags are shared among all users within a Tenant.

• Tags may be created by Assignees, but Flags may not.

• Flags appear in Contact/ContactAssignment lists, while Tags do not.

• Flags include an embedded color scheme so they always appear different from other Flags. Tags are simple text, and when displayed are prepended by a hashtag, ex #Veteran.
