Overview

The Brytecore Customer Data Platform (CDP) is software for real estate brokerages that collects and combines data related to the brokerage's customers, marketing, agents, listings, and closings. You may be familiar with other CDP products like Blueconic or Twilio Segment, however the Brytecore CDP extends that functionality by also including marketing automation that can be triggered from customer, agent, email, and transaction events, as well as built-in real estate objects and business analysis reporting.

This documentation explains how to communicate with a customer's database within the CDP.

When you join the Brytecore Developer ecosystem, you are assigned a Developer Liaison, a technical resource who can answer any implementation questions you may have. This should be your primary point of contact for anything related to schemas, endpoints, webhooks, etc. If you have not been assigned a liaison, please connect with your customer's account manager via a customer introduction.

Most third-party integrations are exposed to the customer as CDP Connections, and the data is exposed to the customers via reporting or custom fields in the UI. If you have requests or recommendations on how your data should appear, please connect with your developer liaison.

To connect with the CDP API, you will need an API Key and Secret, as well as the endpoint URL. Each Brytecore tenant must grant your company access to their data before your key will be able to perform any actions. You should have received this information when you were introduced to your liaison.
