When you use the Products we automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, referring pages, pages viewed, and time spent. We use this to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Products.
3. Marketing attribution
When you submit a form, we may record marketing-attribution data alongside your submission such as UTM campaign parameters, a Google click identifier (gclid) if you arrived from an ad, the page you submitted from, and analytics identifiers so we can understand which channels drive interest and follow up appropriately.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Analytics cookies: (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, e.g. `_ga`) to measure site usage;
- Session storage: to remember marketing-attribution parameters during your visit;

- Cloudflare: form anti-spam (Turnstile);
- Vercel: website hosting and delivery;
- Supabase: database hosting;
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
7. Where information is processed
The Products are hosted on servers in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
8. Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may request that we correct or update your information, or ask about the information we hold, by contacting us at the address below. You can opt out of analytics via browser controls or the Google Analytics opt-out, and manage cookies in your browser.
10. Children
The Products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective date" above, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
