What is an E-Team?

An e-team is a place where leads to come in to your company, by e-mail, API, Brytelytics, or ISA entry. E-team have rules that get applied as leads flow in, and these rules control how leads are auto-assigned, auto-routed, and auto-nurtured. E-Team agents can belong to one or more e-teams, but agents who are not assigned referral-type leads do not need to belong to an e-team to get leads.

What is an E-Team Agent?

Every agent in your company can receive "My Listing My Lead" leads, "My Site My Lead" leads, or leads from an Agent Contact form. Every agent can be manually assigned a lead. However, only e-team agents with a proper license can receive leads that have referral fees or action plans attached, or who get assigned leads by price , source , or territory .

How does the pricing work?

Lead Routing is priced by E-Team, with license requirements for E-Team Agents. Depending on your agent count, E-Teams include basic lead routing for the entire company, and advanced lead routing for E-Team Agents. What is a Referral-Type Lead?

A referral-type lead is one that is generated and owned by your company or team, and for which you want to track after assignment. Only referral-type leads can have referral fees or action plans attached. Brytecore Lead Routing automatically understands the difference between these leads, and agent-owned / untracked leads.

What is an ISA?

An ISA, or Inside Sales Agent, is a staff member responsible for lead assignment, agent follow-up, lead scrubbing, and e-team performance. A certain number of ISA licenses are included with an e-team, based, on your plan.

What is a Referral Plan?

A referral plan determines the fee amount tied to a lead referral, based on your rules. Referral Plans are usually connected to an e-team, controlling the fees that get added to referral-type leads. However, Referral Plans can be applied to agents for special fees.

What is an Action Plan?

An action plan will automatically send emails or assign tasks based on the current status of the lead and/or deals attached to the lead.

What is Smart Round Robin assignment?

Round Robin means "each agent gets a turn". This ensure every agent gets a fair chance for a lead, usually sending to one agent at a time. Smart Round Robin extends to multiple agent assignment with Jump Ball, and ensures agents who "least recently" received a lead are at the top of the list. Agents who ignore lead assignments move to the bottom of the list.

What is Jump Ball assignment?

Jump Ball allows you to assign a lead to several agents at once. All agents get notified at the same time (push, text, and email), and the first agent to accept gets the lead. Jump Ball works well with Smart Round Robin, ensuring agents who act quickly (but a little slower than others) stay at the top of the list for the next lead.

What is a Lead Pool?

You can put certain types of lead in a Lead Pool, from which any E-Team Agent can select a lead. Cold leads and non-urgent leads will fill the pool, and agents can search the pool by certain criteria, such as price range and search area.

What is Closed Lead Reconciliation?

When connected to your accounting system, Brytecore will match all leads against all closings, and match leads to closings, even if they are not an E-Team Agent.

What is Lost Revenue Discovery?

When connected to your accounting system, Brytecore will find closed leads in which you were owed a referral fee, but never received it.
