Assignable (Interface)
The Assignable interface is implemented by entities that may be assigned to a ContactAssignment. It can be a Role (which is related to a User Account) or an Organizational Unit (OU).
Most commonly the Role is a Real Estate Agent. The agent services the ContactAssignment as their own. Other Roles may include Commercial Agent, Loan Officer, and Recruiter.
If the Assignee represents an OU, then only users with an administrative Role on the OU may service the lead. A common OU Assignee would be a Referral Team (or e-team), which will have member Agents and ISAs. The ISA Role may manage the ContactAssignment on behalf of the OU Assignee.
