Lead Voyager is the lead routing solution from Brytecore that ingests, assigns, routes, and tracks leads generated by real estate brokerages.

Creating Leads

You may send leads to Lead Voyager three different ways: Email Parsing, Lead Voyager API endpoints, or Brytelytics.

Email Parsing

Lead Voyager will automatically parse emails sent to broker e-team email addresses and create the leads for distribution. Any data passed along with the lead, including the original email copy, is tracked within the lead as a message and is visible to the Concierge and Assigned Agent.

Lead Metadata

We highly recommend implementing the Real Estate Lead Metadata Specification in your lead emails. Lead Voyager fully supports this specification, so no special parsing rules will be necessary. Using lead metadata headers in your emails will guarantee a smooth lead ingestion process for you and your customers.

Lead Voyager API

As a lead generation partner, you can send leads directly to your customer via the Lead Voyager createLead endpoint. You will need an API key and secret, plus permission granted from your customer to their e-team(s).

Brytelytics

Brytelytics will automatically create leads from lead-generating events tracked via a mobile app or website implementation.

Receiving Lead Updates

You can receive updates from Lead Voyager as leads progress through the real estate journey. These are sent to you via webhooks with payloads. You can see all webhooks in the side navigation of this documentation.
